Urban Isla is all about breathing new life into furniture through creativity, color, and craftsmanship. I’m Amber Lyn, the designer, artist, and storyteller behind the brand. Based just outside of Atlanta, I specialize in designing, hand-painting, and refurbishing one-of-a-kind furniture pieces that are as unique as the people who welcome them into their homes.
My work is inspired by the duality of bold, urban sophistication and the serene, calming beauty of the coast. I love working with color and texture to create pieces that feel alive, whether they make a daring statement or offer a subtle, soothing charm. No two designs are ever the same, because I believe every piece should tell its own story.
In addition to my furniture work, I’m also a content creator, collaborating with multiple companies to bring fresh ideas to life. I host a bi-monthly skills segment on my Facebook page, where I share insights, techniques, and inspiration with a community of fellow creatives.
